A staff portal and a phone app — so the company still runs when people are offsite.
We build you a branded operations desk on the web and a staff app that lives on the phone. Clock-ins, job cards, notes, and photos keep working without a signal, then sync when the phone is back online. Same four meters as everything else we sell: build, hosting, storage, backups.
What you get
Two surfaces, one stack. Supervisors work in the portal. Staff work from the phone.
Staff phone app
A branded app on the home screen. Default delivery is a PWA — no store required. Native store listing is an add-on you own.
Offline, then sync
Assigned work downloads when there is signal. Clock-ins, notes, and photos queue on the device. The phone sends the queue when data returns.
How it works
Same engagement shape as a website or API build. Hosting is never folded into the project price.
- Scope the field — who works offsite, and what must work without signal.
- Build the portal and staff app. You own the domain, the code, and the data.
- Host the API, admin, and sync on a Nyaguda Work plan.
- Staff install the app, complete a first sync, then work offline as needed.
- Add storage, backups, and a retainer if you want us on call for change requests.

Quoted add-ons: inventory counts, opt-in GPS check-in, multi-company / franchise, and a native App Store or Play Store listing. GPS is never on by default.

Work hosting is never “included free” inside a build. Attach to a monthly Work plan is the same KPI as website hosting: the recurring line has to stay readable.
Who this is for
Owner-operated companies
Roughly 2–50 people. Staff are in vans, on sites, in shops, or at a second location — and WhatsApp is not a system of record.
Operators who already have a site with us
Work sits beside the public website. Same vendor, same invoice shape, separate SKU. We will not hide it inside a hosting plan.
